2020年5月9日，为进一步落实疫情相关知识宣教及培训工作，保障全体师生健康，17级预防本科班依托钉钉平台召开疫情知识宣教培训会，会议由团支书赵延青主持。
此次班会在班长陈岩松提前下发《关于进一步做好疫情知识宣教及培训工作的通知》，并通知全体同学自主学习该材料及由我院制作的“新冠病毒肺炎的预防”科普微课的基础上召开。首先，赵延青带领大家共同学习了《青岛大学重大舆情信息应急处置预案》和《青岛大学新冠肺炎疫情防控应知应会》中新冠肺炎基础知识、正确戴口罩方法、七步洗手法、消毒剂配置、防护要求和返校注意事项等板块的知识，希望同学们能熟悉舆情处置流程及相关要求，着重强调了返校途中个人防护相关事宜。
接下来，刘炎、赵延青和王鹏同学轮流为同学们详细解读了高等学校返校疫情防控工作流程图、高校集中隔离流程图、学生返校流程图、食堂就餐流程图及突发疫情应急处置流程图。
最后，赵延青对疫情及防控相关知识进行了总结，再次强调了及时在校园集结号上报平安，地级市及以上位置变动必须提前申报等注意事项。
On May 9, 2020, in order to further implement the propaganda, study more epidemic knowledge and ensure the health of all teachers and students, the Grade 17 undergraduate class of Preventive Medicine held the propaganda and training meeting of epidemic knowledge by Dingtalk, which was chaired by Zhao Yanqing, the League branch secretary.
The class meeting was held on the basis of notices issued by the monitor Chen Yansong in advance, and all the students were informed to study the material independently and the "prevention of COVID-19" science micro course made by School of public health. First, Zhao Yanqing led to learn the appendixes, including the basic knowledge of COVID-19 , the correct method of wearing mask, the seven-step hand-washing method, the disinfectant preparation method, the protective requirements and the matters needing attention in school.
Next, Liu Yan, Zhao Yanqing and Wang Peng took turns to explain in detail the epidemic prevention and control flow chart, the centralized isolation flow chart, the students' returning to school flow chart, the dining flow chart and the flow chart of emergency response.
At last, Zhao Yanqing summarized the knowledge of epidemic situation and prevention, and emphasized the notices of punching in for safe on the app in time, and declaring position change in advance and above again.
