为全面落实我校关于疫情防控的各项举措,健全完善突发重大舆情应急处置工作机制,规范突发重大舆情处置程序,提高舆情工作时效,2020年5月9日下午4时,我院18级预防一班利用腾讯会议平台召开“进一步做好疫情知识宣教及培训工作”会议,会议由班长徐广平主讲。会议内容包括学习《青岛大学突发重大舆情应急处置预案》及《青岛大学新冠肺炎疫情防控应知应会重要内容汇编》两份指导性文件,利用此次学习机会帮助全班学生熟练掌握新冠肺炎相关知识、防护要求以及返校注意事项。
首先通过《青岛大学突发重大舆情应急处置预案》熟悉了解我校关于突发重大舆情应急处置预案的工作机制,包括舆情监测报告机制、舆情研判预警机制、舆情应急处置机制、舆情外联协调机制,熟悉突发重大舆情的应急处置流程,做到研判预警、快速反应、分类处置、动态跟踪、总结评估。学校各单位各要及时搜集掌握有关真实信息,做好应对处置准备,一旦发现突发重大舆情后,要按照快速、畅通原则和逐级报告、双重报告等要求,及时填写《重大舆情报告单》,将情况报告学校突发重大舆情处置工作领导小组、分管校领导。同时立即启动应急预案,组建专门工作组,召开碰头会,制定并落实应急处置措施。严格执行保密法律法规、新闻宣传纪律等规定的基础上加强网络媒体的管理和引导,针对不同情况按不同办法分类处置,适时采取应对处置措施,在重大舆情被消除或趋于平稳后,各相关单位、部门要及时进行总结、梳理、反思,不断健全完善工作机制。在此基础上,同学们在会议中学习了青岛大学突发重大舆情应急处置流程图,进一步掌握应急处置办法。此外,预案要求增强主动性、提高时效性、加强队伍建设,积极主动地做好舆情工作。
通过学习《青岛大学新冠肺炎疫情防控应知应会重要内容汇编》,同学们进一步了解了新冠肺炎的主要表现、患者预后等基础知识,熟练掌握新冠肺炎个人预防的方法,包括正确戴口罩方法、七步洗手法以及如何正确使用消毒剂。针对学生返校流程及返校后的安全管理措施、集中隔离流程等方面内容也在学习中有全面的解释。此外,会议上还强调要密切关注学生们的心理健康,包括及时掌握班级同学的身心健康状况、宣传心理健康知识、组织丰富多彩的防疫主题线上活动、开展心理互助等工作。

By learning the compilation of the important contents of covid-19 epidemic prevention and control in Qingdao university, students further learned the basic knowledge of the main manifestations of covid-19 and the prognosis of patients, and mastered the methods of personal prevention of covid-19, including proper wearing of masks, seven-step washing and proper use of disinfectants. The process of students returning to school and the safety management measures after returning to school, the centralized isolation process and other aspects of the content are also fully explained in the study.
