2020年6月10日上午九点，我院通过线上会议的形式召开全体返校同学会议。本次会议由党委副书记严瑛主持，辅导员纪静、班主任王海涛、李素云和张华琦老师以及全体返校同学参加了此次会议。
根据学校返校通知工作要求，严书记首先传达了《青岛大学新冠肺炎疫情防控期间应对发热等疑似症状人员处置流程（修订版）》，就在校期间出现发热的上报、治疗等处理流程作出具体阐述。强调在校期间，在日常生活中做好个人防护。要注意气候变化，多穿衣物，防止感冒；注意做好宿舍卫生清洁，保持宿舍通风；做好外出上报等工作。同时，根据学院疫情防控网格化管理，班干部、宿舍长要认真负责，及时做好疫情防控“日上报、零上报”工作，督促同学及时上报身体状况。在校期间我们保护好自己身体健康的同时，还应不信谣，不传谣，做好各自的学习工作，避免因谣言产生恐慌。
同时，严书记还讲解了有关2020届毕业生就业、离校和团关系、党组织关系转接等问题，使同学们清楚相关流程，消除了同学们的疑惑。
通过本次会议，同学们对于在校期间如何应对突发状况有了一定的了解，明确了返校同学在校期间的具体安排，解决了返校同学的一些实际问题，对于同学们尽快适应返校后的学习和生活有重要的帮助。

According to the work requirements of the school return notice, Secretary Yan first conveyed "Procedures for Handling Suspected Symptoms such as Fever during Prevention and Control of New Crown Pneumonia in Qingdao University (Revised Edition)", and made specific explanations on the reporting and treatment procedures for fever during the school period. Emphasis is placed on personal protection in daily life during school. Pay attention to climate change and wear more clothes to prevent colds. Pay attention to do a good job in dormitory hygiene, keep the dormitory ventilated; Do a good job in reporting and other work. At the same time, according to the gridded management of epidemic prevention and control in the college, class cadres and dormitory leaders should be responsible earnestly and do a good job of "daily reporting and zero reporting" of epidemic prevention and control in a timely manner, and urge students to report their physical conditions in a timely manner. When we protect our health in school, we should also not believe rumours or pass them on. We should do a good job in our study to avoid panic caused by rumours.
At the same time, Secretary Yan also explained the employment of 2020 graduates, the relationship between school leavers and regiments, the transfer of party organizations and other issues, so as to make the students clear about the relevant procedures and eliminate their doubts.
Through this meeting, the students not only have a certain understanding of how to deal with emergencies during the school period, but also have a clear understanding of the specific arrangements for the students returning to school, thus solving some practical problems of the students returning to school, which is of great help for the students to adapt to the study and life after returning to school as soon as possible.
