  沈晓丽,女,1977年生,理学博士,美国普渡大学博士后,教授,博士生导师。中国卫生信息与健康医疗大数据学会卫生统计教育专委会委员,山东省预防医学会卫生统计分会委员,山东省医学会公共卫生分会委员,山东省医学会医学教育分会委员。

  主要从事流行病与卫生统计学的科研与教学工作。承担国家自然科学面上项目1项,基金青年基金1项,山东省自然科学基金面上项目1项,中国博士后科学基金面上项目1项。共发表SCI文章24篇,其中第一作者6篇,通讯作者11篇。获山东省科技进步奖二等奖一项(第6位),青岛市科技进步一等奖1项(第5位)。指导学生获山东省优秀学士学位论文1项,第十七届“挑战杯”青岛大学大学生课外学术科技作品竞赛一等奖1项。

一、主要研究方向

1.金属元素与神经退行性疾病

(1)利用生态流行病学的方法证明了中国大陆地区土壤中金属元素含量与阿尔茨海默病死亡率之间的具有正相关关系,阿尔茨海默病死亡率随着土壤中铁、铜、砷含量增加而升高,为铁、铜、砷参与阿尔茨海默病的发病提供了新的证据。

(2)利用病例-对照研究发现帕金森病人和健康对照血液中铁元素含量无差异,脑脊液铁含量下降。

(3)采用动物实验阐明铅对血-脑脊液屏障转运Beta-淀粉样蛋白的影响及RAGE、LRP1蛋白在其中的作用,为铅和阿尔茨海默样病变之间的关系提供新的证据。

2.脑肠肽与神经退行性疾病

在动物和细胞水平上阐明了新发现的脑肠肽nesfatin-1通过C-Raf-ERK信号通路,拮抗MPTP和MPP+诱导的多巴胺能神经元损伤,保护多巴胺能神经元功能;同时证明脑区nesfatin-1含量降低能够诱导黑质纹状体系统损伤,提示nesfatin-1在维持中脑黑质纹状体系统生理功能中发挥作用。
