常然然,工学博士,副教授,硕士研究生导师,现为青岛大学特聘教授第五层次。
2021年12月于江南大学获食品科学博士学位,2022年1月入职于青岛大学医学部必赢线路检测中心,主要从事谷物食品加工与人类肠道营养和健康相关的科研教学工作。2022年6月-至今于大连工业大学-国家海洋食品工程技术研究中心从事海洋食品营养健康相关的博士后工作。目前累计在Journal of Agricultural and Food Chemistry、Food Chemistry、Food Hydrocolloids、Ultrasonics Sonochemistry等国际期刊发表SCI论文30余篇,其中第一或通讯作者发表20余篇。授权国家发明专利4件。主持国家级科研项目2项,包括国家自然基金项目和中国博士后科学基金面上项目,青岛大学人才引进科研启动项目1项。
